Sooke OCP adopted

So now we find out what they will do with the language we had written in. You can find it by searching the pdf for "motorized." This is the first time I know of that OHV recreation has been written into an OCP, so now all the good intentions need is a budget.

I'll believe it when I see it - but for now, at least it's some sort of recognition of the fact that motorized use can be a legitimate recreation?
