looking for a used/older Warn 8274 winch

I am looking for a used/older Warn 8274 winch, to be mounted on an YJ.
On the cheap.
Not working is ok, 12 volt or 24 does not matter.
As long as a all the hardware is there and no major components are broken, don’t worry about the cable.
I am interested in having a look at basket cases also, if all the parts are there.

i have a used 8274, complete minus cable and plastic solenoid cover, worked last time i used it but i think one of the solenoids is on its way out, 12volt
im gonna say 300 or make an offer, im not planning on using it...

i will have pics for you by tonight, and it does have cable i just cut it off at the drum cause it was all wrapped around my bumper and theres only about 50 or 60 feet of it

I got a basket case to work on now
next is a fair lead to fit and a yj winch plate for a 8274 ?

ralph I think I have a fairlead. I will check. Also you can get rebuild kits at LORDCO for most of the 8274 stuff and its pretty cheap. You can also upgrade the motor to the new 6hp? one. Larry Soo in vancouver did this to his and it was amazing how much power it had.

Darn, I just completed cleaning and overhauling the motor assy yesterday. Thanks for Lorco info, as the nearest Warn dealer is in Sooke, according to the Warn website.
Let me know about the fairlead ok.
