Mechanic help and advice wanted

Hello,
I am looking for a mechanic to work on my 86 Jeep CJ7. I need a rear end seal and brakes all around, most likely a new master cylinder as well. I would like someone to give advice on which suspension kit would be best (I don't want a huge lift kit) just something that works. A few other minor things too.

I am doing the body work myself but would need a paint job to finish it off.

I would like to find a mechanic who is knowledgeable and reasonable as my budget is not a large one. I live in Vancouver but my Jeep is in Victoria.
