Got this e-mail today - post here if you have any good ideas:
Hi, I need your help. I am working on behalf of an auto manufacturer who is looking for a location to introduce and drive new vehicles off road. November of this year is when they would like to host this event for auto journalists. The off road components should be 5 – 7 (10 being most difficult), with the occasional 9 slipped in, and it should be short. Almost like a small training centre is ideal, but we can adapt to most anything.
Any recommendations?

Seem to be Toronto-based, but it's hard to tell if what kind of events they've done in the past. I asked them to be more specific about location - the note is so generic it doesn't scream 'legitimate outfit' to me... Maybe some alder-infested island trails would be fun, maybe not...

So to update this old post - it was LA Detail and it was for Toyota, they ended up doing a pretty lame thing in Muskoka Ontario on and around a small private air strip - I just came back from it. I'm sure we could have pulled off something better - but they were stock Toyota's with regular writer folk not wheelers. Oh well... Al V

Regular Toyota's? On grade 5-7 trails with a 9 thrown in?
