cj2a windshield frame

I just found out that in order to BC inspect and get my willys legal, I need it to have a windshield. Which means I need a frame and all the accompanying bits that go with it. I have a frame but it's old and rotted in a couple places and has broken glass.

Does anyone know where I might find one of these?
I found a place online, but it's out of Atlanta and it's 400 for the frame alone and another 150 for truck freight, and god knows how much extra for freight across the border and the broker fee. Hence, I'm looking local.
