Little trip to C-gar

Been having a blast with the TJ - the paint will never be the same. I buffed out the damage from the Rock Creep and doubled in in Castlegar this past weekend. Between then I hit Apex and got stuck in mud - really need that bigger motor!
Anyway a few from a trip to Castlegar last weekend and a Mud shot from the weekend between at Apex in Penticton. Castlegar was pouring rain so had a chance to test everything on wet slippery rocks. Trying to get out this weekend too. Missed a Whipsaw trip but shooting for some challenging exploring on Sunday. Pretty happy with the tires better than I expected, suspension is getting softer which is good it was a bit still stiff at Creep.
Castlegar was a lot more like Island wheeling than I expected, lots of rock, rained like a bugger, flowing trails and lots of salal on the sides of the road.

It was good seeing you again Al. The pictures look realy exciting from Castlegar! A road trip may be in order. How do you think my Cherokee would do?

lots of optional lines if you don't want to run the hard stuff. 33's and a pair of lockers will work nice everywhere but the super tough stuff - I even went around a few things. Lots of ledges to play on in open area's of rock. Here are a few more of other rigs. There were about 15 out the first day and 8-10 the second day.
