Well I can't figure out how to post a pic of my rig but I will use this as an intro. My names James and live in sooke I have a full size capable rig that I have recently done a lot of work and upgrades to. I am sort of a newb. I used to wheel Harbour View, and Sooke before it all got shut down but have taken years off. I am interested in some mild runs to work the bugs out of my rig and learn to drive again. Are your monthly meetings anyone welcome? I work nights but if I am welcome I would like to check it out ,mabe in January. Can't in December. If anyone can tell me how to post a pic, I will with the specs of my truck.
Thanks

Welcome aboard JP - By all means, drop by for the January meeting - always good to see fresh faces. As for posting up your truck, ya need to have it hosted on a site somewhere so that you have a url address for it - then just hit the button above with the little phot thing on it. that'll put up img brackets in your post - paste the url (ie: http:// etc etc etc) in between the two sets of brackets and it should work for ya. Barring that, email the pic to me mcjeep@shaw.ca and I'll try to get it done for ya as soon as the "honeydo" list permits Again, welcome aboard - I'm sure you'll get a responce from our token full size guru on here as well ;D Rob

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I finally figured it out. It's an 87 shortbox, 14 bolt D60, Detroits, highsteer and 38's. Soon will have a little armor. Had this truck a long time and this last year I started to build it properly. Bare with me I'm learning. Thanks for offering to post for me but I've had to figure it out.

Rob E mail sent. Any body else, my E mail is parkerja@shaw.ca. I usually bring my four year old with me so family runs are good but really any runs that I can fit on are good. Thanks, James

Well except for some bent up nerf bars and a winch mount I have no armor or jack all points. I'm steel shoping tomorrow and hope to start on a rear bumper on the week end. I'm still on the testing stage of mine as well. Tires 1 tons and steering are all pretty new. I've done a couple of mild trails and worked some bugs out. Pretty happy with it so far but it hasn't really been tested.
