hey welcome! sweet rig! although our club is mainly situated on the lower end of the island we are not against north island members! From what i have heard Comox has alot of good wheeling. If your jeep is roadworthy or you have a trailer making the monthly trips for our runs shouldn't be a problem. Keep a look out on this board for pics of our recent runs. Once you get moved out here I'm sure we can get you out in the wilderness!

Hey Eric - spent 89 - 93 in Comox, 93 - 97 in Greenwood. Sounds like a sweet rig you've built there - truuuuuuust me, you're gonna like it here ;D Yes the wheeling is year round but best in the winter when not so many areas are shut down due to fire restrictions etc. You'll find that the land issues are more than a little bit more uptight on the island compared to NS but comox is not any where near as restricted as the South end (so far as I've heard from buds still in CX) I'm trying to remember the name of a guy in Halifax that I corresponded with often but never got to meet face to face - very into wheeling and big on the jeep scene - it'll come to me - fricklin alzheimer's See ya next summer!
