Moving to the island

;D Hello this looks like a great site.

I am moving back to the island after being gone for almost 10 years and am looking forward to doing some wheeling when I do get there. It's gonna be a long drive Windsor Ont to Duncan

I was wondering if you have regular days for going out wheeling or if there is spur of the moment trips and if you guys are family friendly (I have gone on a few trips where it was a nuthen more then party's and guys getting drunk and trying to wheel)
and that isn't my thing I am looking to make some good wheeling Buddy's and help out with peoples rides when I can I am a certified mechanic and have been doing 4x4 mods for about 5years now and love it

there is a montly south Island run ,,the first sunday of the month ... that is open to all people and vehicle ,,

also all u have to do it post a time or date u want to go out , and try and hook up with others on here

so tell us a lil about what yr rig is

Just a small adjustment on that run date - we have our monthly meetings the first thusday of the month - the run is the sunday following that. Just throwing that in as there are some months when the run will be on the second sunday...I know - deets deets deets

As Slim said, just post up as the monthly run certainly isn't the only time people want to git out. You're also certainly welcome to drop into the meetings and meet the peeps.

Sounds as if your type of wheeling is exactly the type of wheeling we subscribe to - no alcohol, no drugs, good company

oh yeah the most important part I forgot THE RIDE

It's a 99 Jeep TJ 4" suspension lift auto locker in the rear 33"X12.5 Goodyear MTR"S 4.0L Manual Tranny.
I have only had it for about three months there is defiantly more mods to come but wanted to wait till the long drive was done with.

clean fun wheeling is the best kind, put the thrill of overcoming a new trail with some great views from the top of a mountain and ya get one of the best rushes life can offer.
