this is not a bad thing. Every other province has it. Right now dirt bikes/quads and snow mobiles don't pay to use the bush like we do. And this will make it a little bit easier to find a stolen one!

Being a member of atv of bc help's to get offroad insurance for quad's, snowmoblie's, ect. Price for total insurance on quad's is reasonable.

We're not paying either,unless you drive into a check-point gate,pay $5.00...Which is the best way to keep control of the "ying-yang's" that some how, given the chance,ruin it for all stated.
