In case anyone is heading over to the mainland or looking for a low-key 4x4 trip....
3rd Annual GWagon Gamboree July 29th – August 1st 2005.
Its not about speed. Its not about rock-climbing. Its not about deep, black mud pools.
You are not expected to tow your vehicle out or abandon it to the bears.
The GWagon Gamboree is a fun-filled back-country adventure in driving. The trip involves some 4x4ing, some technical driving, but mostly alot of beautiful BC scenery. Kids are welcome and the event is family orientated.
The event is free to attend. A route has been determined but is subject to minor changes especially due to road closures or changes in road conditions. The event is not limited to Mercedes G-Wagons nor Mercedes 4x4s but your vehicle must be capable of 4x4ing and willing to get a bit dirty.
If you are looking for a great excuse to get outside, enjoy the beautiful BC backcountry roads, and share your experiences with other 4x4 enthusiasts, then comes spend the weekend on the Gwagon Gamboree.
