I'm on the list for the Monday council meeting to find out why they appear to have simply given away Harbourview with nothing in return from the CRD.
Here's the so called report that was prepared:

They seem to have decided that HV has to be zoned park because it has historically been a park. It's never been a park, and the only historical use is roadway access to the lakes.
We could use as many people out as can get there.
