So I noticed a knock under my feet as I accelerate on the way down here (I think it might be the U-Joint). My mom had booked me in at Ensign Chrysler as my Jeep is still under warranty, however I swear these guys don't know their head from their...umm..other..places...(I apologize if anyone works there). The service is crap! and they pissed me off like no tomorrow! anyways if there a decent dealership around here? If not, is there a decent garage around here?

Only other dealership is Wille Chrysler dodge down on Douglas. Never had them do any work for me though. The shop I use is Steve's service out in Sidney. Steve is a good guy to deal with and I've used him for years for anything I don't do myself. If you go there, you can tell him that bald Rob with the black YJ sent ya (LOL - that oughtta make sure there's NO confusion as to who sent ya ;0)

Good dealer is Bowmel in duncan I bought my 1ton 4x4 there alway's did wright by me.

How far away is that from Oak Bay? eesh! talk about being lost! Apparently I have to take the shop forman for a test drive with my Jeep tomorrow because no one knows how to bloody drive...grrrrrr.......
On a side note I did see a gorgeous black Jeep on 33s today on um...oh crap...some street that takes you across the blue bridge! It's near Cafe Mexico! mmmm......Cafe Mexico.....

Try Wille Dodge if Ensign doesn't come around. They are on the corner of Douglas and Kelvin. Very easy to find.
Where in Oak Bay are you? Nothing is very far from anywhere in this town. Get on to Douglas (downtown) and head out of town (north). They'll be on the left. If you happen to see the Red Lion Inn (one of Victoria's finest attractions) you've gone too far...

I think the Jeep was on Pandora... Where am I? Good question! I am on Oak Bay Ave, near Fort Street. So my Jeep is STILL in the dealership! I had to test drive my own vehicle with the shop forman. I think his nose got bent out of joint when I told him if it's not warranty don't fix it  |

if you are needin work at Ensign .. see if they still the Mechanic ( sounded out D wart Ta' )
Dwarta I think its spelt ,, when I was a Parts guy at Mc Callum Jeep he was our shop foreman . he is AMC/JEEP Factory trained ,, and he went to Ensign .. I know if yr payin the bill u are allowed to request who ever u want ... that might help (tell him Slim sent ya ) ..lol
if u need Parts or advice and u go to Bowmel ,, see Ken Hill he is the Parts Manager there .. been a Jeep parts man way back before Chyrsler even bought Jeep

I've never had a problem with Ensign. I'm surprised at this actually. I do have a business account with them though, maybe thats the difference right there?
Call Rod at Service, he's the manager and a pretty good guy, he'll take care of you and if you have any complaints, he's pretty good at trying to make things right.

They didn't do anything....the shop foreman had his knickers in a knot so they just kinda left it ...the knock has vanished though...The gal there is on a major power trip...I've taken my Jeep into 3 different dealerships in Edmonton and never had a problem with my mods (2" coil spacer and 2" body)...I go there and it's like the world is coming to a bloody end!
